These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tuck Safari Web Extension ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Tuck is a Safari Web Extension that allows you to save, organize, and restore browser tabs. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Tuck offers optional in-app purchases to unlock Pro features:

  • Monthly — $2.99/month (auto-renewable)
  • Yearly — $24.99/year (auto-renewable)
  • Lifetime — $49.99 (one-time purchase)

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the App are the intellectual property of Tuck and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
